Very professional and practical approach to the job at hand, and was able to see the bigger picture when working out solutions. Very happy and would recommend. Will use again.

Ben was a life saver for me when a pipe came loose at 10pm. He was over in half an hour and was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and remedy the situation. He left a detailed description of what he had done to help me get my landlord to reimburse me and even left a screw driver so I could at least shut the water off it were to happen again. I couldn't be happier given the situation!

Ben was great and saved us from disaster! He was quick to answer our call, polite and professional. He arrived very promptly and stop the flooding from our boiler straight away. Very efficient and excellent communication before, during and after the boiler disaster! Would definitely recommend.

We had a bathroom leak which flooded through to our hallway and kitchen on a Bank Holiday Monday, and after a frantic google for an emergency plumber, Ben was there to fix it within 20 minutes. Since then he has done lots for us in our new home, ranging from heating, plumbing, electrics and other jobs that have croped up since moving in. We’ve been really happy with him, he’s reliable and responsive and will continue to call on him going forward.

From placing my first phone call to arrange for a quotation for new velux window in my bedroom, communication was excellent and Ben arrived on the appointed time. Velux had recommended this company as an approved Installer and I can see why.I decided to go with this company who I felt were professional in their dealings and who knew exactly what had to be done as velux no longer make this size.I placed the order for a window to be made slightly bigger than original and was kept informed over the next 10 days of both the window and blinds manufacture. A date was set for Installation. I have severe difficulty in moving and the 2 men who arrived promptly on site (again at agreed time) were so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help ensure the installation went as smoothly as possible. I had arranged to vacate the premises for the evening but to my surprise I was able to move back in the same day as the men worked so hard. They returned in the morning to finish putting sealant on window. There was no mess left for me to deal with as they ensured they cleared up and had put dust sheets over items unable to be moved.I'm so happy that I had a great experience from start to finish and now have a working window with a blind that allows me to sleep after sunrise.I was a building site supervisor a long time ago for 5 years and have to say this company is run exactly how a good one should be. Communication, timing, finish of job ect all of a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben Haigue or his team if you are looking for a professional team with excellent results. Will definitely be using them again when I can afford to replace my smaller rooms velux. Thanks so much
